1960 May Establishment of Keihin Tanker, Co., Ltd. with capital of 3 million yen.
1961 Mar. Company name changed to the current name, Kinkai Tanker, Co., Ltd. Increase in capital to 10 million yen.
1961 Nov. Entrusted with operations related to Maruzen Oil Co., Ltd. (today’s Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd.) from Showa Oil Tanker Co., Ltd. and start of marine transportation operations of petroleum products of the same company (substantial start of the business).
1961 Dec. Increase in capital to 30 million yen.
1962 Jan. Increase in capital to 40 million yen.
1962 Nov. Relocation of the head office to 3-2 Marunouchi Chiyoda-ku Tokyo
1967 Jan. Entrance of Daiichi Marine Transportation Co., Ltd. into the group.
1974 May Start of marine transportation of petroleum products in ocean-going areas.
